Health Tomorrow: Interdisciplinarity and Internationality is an open-access journal founded bymembers of the York Institute for Health Research (YIHR). YIHR is home to a new breed of health researchers who actively conduct research from within interdisciplinary teams and cross- sectoral networks. With both eminent researchers and emerging scholars, YIHR draws together a range of social, biomedical, environmental, and behavioural scientists, as well as researchers from business, law, education, and the physical sciences. As a result, research at YIHR seeks to bridge the divide between the sciences and the social sciences and encourages a range of theoretical, empirical, and interdisciplinary orientations to research.

This peer-reviewed journal is dedicated to publishing innovative and diverse health scholarship from emerging and established academics from all disciplines. This digital journal offers another forum for students to become involved in interdisciplinary health research and share their findings with others in a collegial environment. We welcome you to our website, encourage you to browse around, and hope that you may be interested in making a submission to our current edition.
